Recruitment Consultant - Technology (Hybrid)

We’re seeking curious, growth minded thinkers to help shape our vision, structures and systems; We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our core team, to support company-wide hiring efforts across the globe and help build the talent pipelines that fuel our growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong recruiting background with familiarity in best practices relating to Human Resources, Recruitment, and onboarding.

You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, driving efficient hiring processes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing high-quality talent across the globe and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Reports to: Global Lead Recruiter

Bangalore, India- Hybrid

Own full-cycle recruiting globally across a range of roles and teams, ensuring an efficient and consistent process.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, outreach, and referrals.

Support interview scheduling and coordination for roles managed by senior recruiters, ensuring a smooth candidate and interviewer experience.

Help build and maintain candidate pipelines by following established sourcing plans and outreach templates.

Maintain accurate candidate data and notes in the ATS, and share basic pipeline updates with the recruiting team.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and data accuracy, and develop comfort using recruiting data to support hiring decisions.

3-5 years of experience in recruiting in the Technology Sector, preferably in a product-based startup.

• Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects and workflows.
• Comfortable working across a variety of functions and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Startup experience and cross-functional team experience.
• A hustler mentality, founding a company or building side projects is a plus!
