Key Responsibilities

-End-to-end recruitment for BFSI requirements

-Candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels

-Resume screening and shortlisting

-Conducting initial HR screening interviews

-Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates

-Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining recruitment trackers

-Ensuring quality hiring within defined timelines

-Building and maintaining a strong talent pool for BFSI roles

Required Skills

-6Months –5 years of recruitment experience

-Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri

-Strong sourcing and screening skills

-Experience hiring for BFSI clients is mandatory

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

-Candidates with a B.Com, BBA, or MBA qualification can apply.
