Role & responsibilities

A Volume (or Bulk) Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring large quantities of candidates quickly. They focus on fast‑paced, high‑volume roles using automation and recruitment metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and databases to build large candidate pipelines.
• Mass Screening: Rapidly evaluate resumes and conduct high‑frequency phone interviews.
• Workflow Automation: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and automation tools to handle heavy application volumes.
• Coordination: Schedule interviews quickly and manage large‑scale hiring events.
• Offer Management: Handle mass offer rollouts and coordinate seamless onboarding.
• Metrics Tracking: Monitor time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and drop‑off rates to optimize the pipeline.

Essential Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring, mass recruitment, or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing).
• Tech Skills: Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and mass‑communication tools.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking, high energy, and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and negotiation skills to engage large numbers of candidates.
