Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards and LinkedIn
• Screen resumes and conduct initial calls
• Coordinate interviews and maintain the ATS
• Build talent pipelines for open roles
• Support offer and onboarding processes
• Document your work clearly and act on feedback
• Coordinate with team members and maintain professional communication
