QHT Clinic is one of India's leading hair restoration and healthcare brands, known for advanced treatments and exceptional patient care. We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter who can help us hire top talent while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Job Summary

This is a 70% Recruitment + 30% HR Operations role. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for clinical and non-clinical positions while also assisting with onboarding, employee coordination, and basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other job portals.
• Post and manage job openings across multiple platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in offer rollout and joining formalities.

HR Operations

• Support employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Handle employee queries and basic grievance coordination.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of HR or recruitment experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar job portals.
• Familiarity with ATS or HRMS software.
• Understanding of employee relations and HR operations.
• Prior healthcare or service industry hiring experience is a plus.
