Recruiter - Contract To HireH) (Karnataka)

Employment Type: Contract to Hire (Initial 6-month contract, extendable for an additional 6 months based on performance and business requirements)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to onboarding)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and vendor coordination
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures
• Follow up with candidates on offer, joining, and documentation
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and data accuracy
• Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and stakeholder expectations

Requirements

• Graduate with 0.6 to 2 years of recruitment experience
• Exposure to lateral hiring / technical hiring.
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
• Ability to handle multiple positions in a quick-paced environment
