Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sourcing & Operations Executive to support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities for Pan-India hiring requirements. The role involves candidate sourcing, interview coordination, stakeholder communication, onboarding processes, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidate profiles for open hiring mandates across Pan India.
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and records accurately.
• Follow up regularly with client stakeholders for interview feedback and hiring updates.
• Track and coordinate candidate joining activities.
• Manage onboarding processes including:
• Document collection and verification
• Releasing offer letters and appointment letters
• Conducting induction activities
• Ensure timely dispatch of employee ID cards within defined TAT.
• Ensure smooth recruitment operations and maintain process compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR operations, or onboarding will be an added advantage.
