React.Js Developer (ERP Applications)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site React.js Developer (ERP Applications) role located in Gurugram. The React.js Developer will work closely with product managers, business analysts, and backend engineers to design and implement ERP application interfaces using React.js and related tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include building reusable UI components, integrating frontend modules with backend APIs, improving application performance, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also involves participating in code reviews, writing clean and maintainable code, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and collaborating on feature planning and deployment. The developer will contribute to continuous improvement of the ERP platform, following established development standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development principles to collaborate effectively with API and services integration.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in JavaScript and Redux.js for state management and building scalable ERP application features.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating frontend applications with backend services is beneficial.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices is preferred.
• Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) and modern build tools or CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze requirements, write clean and tested code, and debug complex issues in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
