React Native Developer with 1 to 3 yrs experience (India)

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented React Native Developer with 13 years of hands-on experience in building high-quality, performant mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of React Native, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and RESTful APIs, along with an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Build clean, maintainable, and reusable code components for mobile applications.
• Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and native modules.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
• Optimize app performance, debugging, and troubleshooting issues across Android and iOS platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Keep up with emerging mobile technologies and contribute ideas for product improvement.
• Ensure consistent implementation of best practices, coding standards, and security principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 13 years of proven experience in React Native app development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and understanding of functional components and hooks.
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of mobile build tools (Xcode, Android Studio) and publishing apps to App Store / Play Store.
• Basic understanding of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development is a plus.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Experience in TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Firebase, Push Notifications, and App Analytics.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Prior work on enterprise-grade or consumer-facing mobile applications.
