R&D Engineer — AI & Emerging Tech

About The Role

Our R&D team explores what is next — from AI/ML integration into enterprise workflows to experimenting with new architectures, protocols, and tooling. We are looking for a curious, self-directed engineer who enjoys going deep on hard problems, prototyping solutions, and turning research into production-ready capabilities that give our products an edge.

Responsibilities

• Research and prototype AI/ML solutions for integration into enterprise products
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their applicability to our product roadmap
• Build proof-of-concept implementations and present findings to the engineering team
• Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for intelligent automation
• Develop internal tools and utilities that improve engineering productivity
• Stay current with industry research and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
• Document research findings, architecture decisions, and implementation guides

Requirements

• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals — algorithms, data structures, systems design
• Experience with Python and at least one ML/AI framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, or NLP pipelines is a strong plus
• Ability to read and implement ideas from research papers
• Experience building prototypes and proof-of-concepts that evolve into production features
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and defining your own research direction
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a research, ML, or advanced engineering role
