RCM-Front End

• 8–12 years of experience in retail collections, with at least 3–5 years in a regional leadership role.
• Experience managing secured and/or unsecured retail loan portfolios.
• Proven track record of achieving collection targets and leading large, geographically dispersed teams.

• Expertise in retail collections and delinquency management.
