• Design and implement automation frameworks and libraries for testing SaaS platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous integration and quality releases
• Perform test planning, test case creation, and execution across microservices
• Drive QA innovation and promote best practices in software testing
• Stable, scalable automation scripts ensuring platform health and regression coverage
• Test strategy documents aligning with business and technical requirements
• Seamless integration of QA processes into CI/CD pipeline
• Timely detection and resolution of software defects through proactive validation
