Quality Assurance Engineer

We're hiring a QA Engineer to own and improve the quality assurance process across our full product range -- a fast-moving SaaS platform (gated content, video courses, AI-powered features, research tools, admin systems, and real-time functionality), Swagloop (our AI-powered B2B corporate-gifting platform), and the client websites we build and ship. Our stack is modern web infrastructure with Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

This is a hands-on testing and systems role. You'll work closely with developers, project managers, and product stakeholders to catch issues early, improve release quality, and help create a reliable production experience for users across every product we ship.

We need someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently investigating issues -- not someone who only follows predefined test cases without understanding the product.

What You'll Work On

• Manual testing of web applications, dashboards, admin panels, and APIs
• QA across all our products -- the SaaS platform, Swagloop, and client websites we deliver
• Regression testing across product releases and deployments
• Testing AI-powered features, chatbot flows, and user-facing functionality
• Writing and maintaining test cases, bug reports, and QA documentation
• Cross-browser and responsive testing (desktop and mobile)
• Website QA -- layout, responsiveness, forms, links, and cross-device rendering for client sites
• API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger
• Verifying payment flows, subscription systems, and gated-access logic
• Coordinating closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
• Pre-production and production validation before releases
• Monitoring and validating fixes after deployment
• Supporting the implementation of QA processes, release checklists, and testing workflows
• Helping improve product reliability, usability, and release confidence

Requirements

• 1+ year preferred, but strong freshers with real QA experience will be considered
• Strong understanding of manual testing workflows and bug reporting
• Experience testing SaaS products, dashboards, web applications, or websites
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar
• Ability to clearly document bugs with reproduction steps, expected behavior, screenshots/videos, and logs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases
• Comfortable working closely with developers in a fast-moving environment
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable taking ownership of testing and release quality without constant supervision
• Able to work full-time on-site at our Dwarka office -- this role is strictly on-site, with no remote or hybrid option

Preferred

• Experience testing AI/chatbot functionality
• Experience with automation testing tools (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
• Familiarity with browser developer tools and basic debugging workflows
• Exposure to SaaS, fintech, membership, subscription, or e-commerce platforms
• Understanding of frontend/backend workflows and API-driven applications
• Experience working with Jira, ClickUp, Notion, or similar project management tools
