QA Performance Tester

We are looking for an experienced QA Performance Tester to join our team and work on high-scale, mission-critical applications supporting a leading global financial services organization.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Design and execute Performance, Load, Stress, Endurance, and Scalability tests

✔️ Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, or NeoLoad

✔️ Analyze application, database, and infrastructure bottlenecks

✔️ Perform workload modeling, capacity planning, and performance benchmarking

✔️ Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams

✔️ Monitor application performance using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, or similar tools

✔️ Validate performance requirements for customer-facing enterprise applications

✔️ Support performance engineering initiatives within Agile and CI/CD environments

🔹 Required Skills

✔️ 8+ years of Performance Testing / Performance Engineering experience

✔️ Strong expertise in LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, or NeoLoad

✔️ Experience with REST APIs, Web Applications, and Microservices

✔️ Strong SQL and Database Performance Analysis skills

✔️ Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

✔️ Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools

✔️ Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

🔹 Preferred

✔️ Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or Credit Card domain experience

✔️ Exposure to high-volume enterprise applications

✔️ Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud-native architectures
