Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer with strong domain expertise in Insurance or Banking.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in web and mobile application testing, API and database testing, and possess excellent communication skills with a robust sense of ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for web and mobile applications.
• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
• Validate REST APIs using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Perform database testing by executing SQL queries and validating data integrity.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test execution.
• Ensure complete test coverage and timely delivery of testing activities.
• Provide clear test reports and communicate risks effectively.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong domain knowledge in Insurance or Banking
• Hands-on experience in API Testing
• Strong Database Testing and SQL skills
• Experience in Web & Mobile Application Testing
