Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 1–4 years of experience in Manual Testing and basic Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on business requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Develop and maintain basic automation test scripts for repetitive test scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Participate in requirement analysis and test planning activities.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, test reports, and other QA documentation.
• Ensure timely execution of testing activities within project deadlines.
• Continuously improve testing processes and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in Software Testing.
• Strong experience in Manual Testing.
• Basic knowledge of Automation Testing using tools such as Selenium or similar automation frameworks.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
• Basic understanding of SQL/database testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Exposure to version control systems such as Git.
• Certification in Software Testing is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
