QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) — SaaS / E-commerce

What you'll do

Own quality end-to-end: test new features manually, then automate the ones worth automating

Build and maintain automation suites in Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)

Test REST APIs hands-on with Postman — auth flows, edge cases, negative scenarios, the works

Validate authentication & authorization flows (roles, permissions, tokens — you should know where these break)

Test in a microservices architecture deployed on Azure — you'll get comfortable reading logs, checking pipelines, and understanding how services talk to each other

Write clean, stable locators (yes, we'll test your XPath game)

Work directly with developers — no ticket-tossing across walls. You find it, you flag it, you help fix it faster

Experiment with AI tools to make testing smarter — AI-assisted test generation, self-healing scripts, whatever makes us faster

What we're looking for

~3 years in QA: solid manual testing fundamentals + real automation experience (not just "I watched a Playwright tutorial")

Strong with Playwright — or Cypress/Selenium with the hunger to master Playwright fast

Confident with Postman and API testing concepts (status codes, payloads, chaining requests)

Understanding of XPath / CSS selectors and when to use which

Exposure to Azure (DevOps pipelines, app services, or monitoring)

Experience testing SaaS or e-commerce products — you understand carts, orders, syncs, and why a pricing bug at 2 AM is a big deal

Bonus points: you're an AI nerd — you use ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot daily and have opinions about it
