QA Engineer III (C# with Desktop Testing)

You will lead testing efforts for desktop-based applications within an agile development environment. You own the quality assurance lifecycle for specific business areas, ensuring software stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Write, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans for targeted business areas.
• Document, prioritize, and communicate bugs to stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Perform functional testing of new and existing features during short sprint cycles.
• Identify automation opportunities to support continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to manage delivery risks and software quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Experience testing desktop-based applications in Windows environments.
• Proficiency in creating and running test cases using Zephyr, XRay, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Regression, Load, and Performance testing.
• Ability to create reports and extract testing insights.
• Knowledge of C#, Jenkins, and CAD software.
• Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing AutoCAD, Revit, Civil3D, or other AEC/CAD tools.
• Experience building automation tests using MS Tests, Karate, Cypress.io, Selenium, Cucumber, or Specflow.
• Experience in Desktop UI testing using Test Complete or similar frameworks.
