Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation QA Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for web applications built using .NET, C#, and React.js. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in automation framework development, API testing and CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation test frameworks using C#.
• Develop automated test scripts for web applications built on .NET/.NET Core and React.js.
• Create and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and smoke test suites.
• Collaborate with Developers and Product Owners to understand business requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform API automation testing for RESTful services.
• Validate database records using SQL queries.
• Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test execution results, identify failures, and work with development teams to resolve defects.
• Maintain automation scripts to accommodate application enhancements and changes.
• Improve automation coverage and optimize test execution time.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
• Prepare automation reports and quality metrics.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.
• Strong programming skills in C#.
• Experience testing applications developed using .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Experience testing React.js web applications.
• Experience with NUnit, MSTest, or xUnit.
• Experience with API automation using Postman or RestSharp.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Strong SQL skills for database validation.
• Experience with Git for source code management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jenkins for CI/CD integration.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Docker and containerized test execution.
• Experience with Azure/AWS Cloud environments.
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Automation Testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
