QA Automation Lead Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Lead Engineer with strong experience in voice/IVR platforms and QA automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in backend development, voice testing frameworks, and modern CI/CD practices, along with exposure to conversational AI ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Experience in voice/IVR platform engineering and QA automation
• Proficiency with Cyara Velocity and Botium for automated voice testing
• Experience integrating voice test suites into CI/CD workflows
• Exposure to agentic AI agent for conversational/voice use cases
• Scripting ability in Python or Node.js
• Nice to have: experience with ASR/TTS evaluation, observability tooling for voice flows, Familiarity with telephony protocols and contact center platforms (Genesys GC, Avaya, Google DialogFlow, etc.)
