Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Trainer to join Ethnotech Academy and deliver high-quality, industry-relevant training to our students. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, backend and frontend technologies, databases, and deployment, with a passion for teaching and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive training on Python Full Stack development.

Design and update course content aligned with industry standards.

Mentor and guide students through projects and real-world applications.

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Python Full Stack development.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Django/Flask, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Databases (SQL/NoSQL), REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with version control (Git), deployment, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and ability to simplify complex concepts.
