Experience With Microservices Architecture And Cloud Deployment (AWS Preferred)

Comfortable owning both backend and frontend, with a clear leaning toward one (backend-heavy or frontend-heavy candidates both welcome)

Demonstrated, active use of AI coding tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) in daily development — this is a hard requirement for this team, not a preference

Prior C#/.NET experience is a plus but not required or a blocker
