Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Automation & Backend Developer with 6–8 years of experience in Python development and test automation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Python, Selenium, and Microsoft Playwright, with proven experience in building automation frameworks and developing scalable backend applications.

The candidate should also possess experience in designing cloud-native applications, developing RESTful APIs, deploying applications on AWS, and following modern software engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and automation solutions.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, and Microsoft Playwright.
• Develop, maintain, and secure RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate Angular-based user interfaces with backend services.
• Design and develop extensible backend architecture following software engineering best practices.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud services.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and containerize applications using Docker.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend applications for performance and scalability.
• Implement application security and data protection best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and SOLID principles.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in Python, automation, cloud computing, and backend development.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python Programming.
• Extensive experience in Microsoft Playwright.
• Strong experience with Selenium Automation.
• Proven expertise in developing automation frameworks using Python.
• Strong understanding of backend development and software architecture.
• Experience in designing clean, scalable, and modular Python applications.
• Hands-on experience in developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, and S3.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with Docker containerization.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with structured logging and application monitoring.
• Hands-on knowledge of Django, FastAPI, or Flask frameworks.

Good to Have Skills

• Desktop Automation using Open Source Libraries.
• UiPath.
• ROSA Deployment.
• Exposure to Angular frontend integration.
