Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Procure raw materials like Cabinets, Extrusions, Lenses, etc.
  • Manage import documentation and compliance.
  • Track material deliveries and ensure proper documentation.
  • Adhere to client inspection and documentation standards.
  • Evaluate vendors and develop new suppliers.
  • Conduct supplier audits and maintain alternative vendor sources.
  • Ensure timely supplier follow-ups and material deliveries.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and manage PO creation.
  • Work with Tally Prime Gold for procurement management.
  • Skills & Requirements:
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure while ensuring quality service.
  • Independent, deadline-oriented, and adaptable to standard procedures.
