Project Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: QS & Commercial Lead - Elevated Structure/Roads/High Speed Rail/Bridge /Marine

Job Location - Candidate should be Flexible for PAN India

Experience: 15-20 years in Infrastructure Projects, with minimum 5 years in Elevated Structure/Roads/High Speed Rail/Bridge/Marine project at similar responsibility of Project QS, Commercial Lead

Required Qualifications

• BE/B Tech – CIVIL
• PG-ACM/QS preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical skills – MS Office with Advance Excel, SAP
• Soft skills - Negotiation, Analytical Thinking, Contract Drafting.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Quantity Surveying & Cost Management – Quantity Surveying, Rate Analysis, Cost Estimates, Budget Assessment, EVM analysis, Client Billing, Reconciliation etc.
• Commercial – Prepare cost-to-complete /balance cost, Cash Flow & Cost Flow Statement, Review Contract document, Draft and respond to letters from engineers, consultants, and vendors; maintain document control through the Document Controller, Manage Notices, Claims, EOT and Change Orders, Compliance with contractual terms, Risk registers & Audit requirement etc.
• Subcontracting – Draft & Review Subcontract document, Prepare Purchase Order /Work Orders through SAP system, negotiation with subcontractors, Manage Subcon billing and payments etc. well versed with SAP is essential.
• Reporting – MIS reporting, Monthly commercial dashboards for senior management
