Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with knowledge in Microsoft 365 Security solutions to lead end-to-end delivery of security transformation initiatives. The role involves managing complex programs across Microsoft Defender, Purview, Entra (Azure AD), Intune, and Sentinel , ensuring successful implementation aligned with client security and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Program Management
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Microsoft 365 security projects across multiple clients
• Define project scope, timelines, cost estimates, resource plans, and deliverables
• Manage full project lifecycle (initiation → planning → execution → closure)
• Ensure adherence to PMO frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and budget
• Microsoft 365 Security Delivery Oversight

Oversee implementation of

• Microsoft Defender Suite (Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud Apps)
• Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR) deployments
• Microsoft Purview (Data Security & Compliance)
• Microsoft Entra (Identity & Access Management)
• Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management & Security)
• Coordinate with architects and engineers for solution design and deployment
• Ensure best practices, security baselines, and regulatory compliance
• Stakeholder & Client Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
• Conduct governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews
• Translate business requirements into technical project deliverables
• Manage expectations, escalations, and change requests
