Project Manager Lead (Hybrid)

Project Manager (M/AD) | Big4 Consulting | GCC Banking Client Locations: Experience: 7–12 years

We are hiring a seasoned Project Manager for a leading Big4 consulting engagement with GCC banking clients. The role requires strong delivery ownership across large-scale finance transformation and system implementation programs.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale finance transformation projects and programs

Manage PMO activities including planning, tracking, governance, and reporting

Drive delivery across Financial Reporting, MI, GL/SL implementations and related finance systems

Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on program needs

Support risk, issue, dependency, and change management

Key Skills & Experience

Strong experience in GCC banking or financial services domain

Oracle Fusion, TM1, and similar platforms)

Knowledge of cloud-based finance solutions

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

Experience working in large matrix organizations

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams)

Strong leadership experience managing teams in complex environments
