Project Manager (IT Infrastructure)

Brief Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Asst. Project Manager – IT Infrastructure to lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering infrastructure-related projects including networking, servers, CCTV, cloud, data centers, security, and end-user computing within defined timelines and budgets.

Location: Trivandrum, Technopark

Experience: 4-8 Years

Key Responsibilities

· Manage complete lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.

· Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

· Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

· Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.

· Lead implementation of infrastructure solutions including

· Field Infrastructure

· Network infrastructure

· Server and storage systems

· Cloud platforms

· Ensure compliance with organizational standards, SLAs, and quality processes.

· Conduct project review meetings and provide regular status reports to management and clients.

· Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement corrective actions.

· Manage vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, and third-party integrations.

· Support pre-sales and technical discussions when required.

· Ensure proper documentation, handover, and project closure activities.

Preferred Skills

· Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and deployment methodologies.

· Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure implementation projects.

· Understanding of networking, virtualization, cloud, cybersecurity, and data center operations.

· Excellent project planning and coordination skills.

· Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Excel or similar tools.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
