Project Manager (Head Office) Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple Power distribution / Substation projects from initiation to completion in Africa
• Ensure project delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget
• Develop project execution strategies and resource planning
• Monitor project performance, risks, and financials on an ongoing basis
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalations
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and site teams for seamless execution
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Drive profitability and cost optimization across assigned projects

Preferred candidate profile

Strong background in Electrical EPC projects (Substation / Distribution)

• Proven experience handling multiple projects with P&L responsibility
• Strong client and stakeholder management experience
• Deep understanding of contracts, billing, and claim management
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
