Project Manager (M/AD) | Big4 Consulting | GCC Banking Client 📍 Locations: Gurgaon | Chennai | Hyderabad | Bangalore ⏳ Experience: 7–12 years We are hiring a seasoned Project Manager for a leading Big4 consulting engagement with GCC banking clients. The role requires strong delivery ownership across large-scale finance transformation and system implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale finance transformation projects and programs
• Manage PMO activities including planning, tracking, governance, and reporting
• Drive delivery across Financial Reporting, MI, GL/SL implementations and related finance systems
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on program needs
• Coordinate complex stakeholder environments across global/regional teams
• Ensure successful delivery with measurable business outcomes
• Support risk, issue, dependency, and change management Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience in GCC banking or financial services domain
• Expertise in finance systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, TM1, and similar platforms)
• Knowledge of cloud-based finance solutions
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience working in large matrix organizations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams)
