Project Manager- Design Studio (Kochi)

Creatabar Design Studio is looking for a Project Manager Design Studio to manage and control interior design projects from concept to detailed design.

This role is responsible for project coordination, client communication, and ensuring timely, high-quality design submissions. The position requires strong follow-up discipline and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage design projects across Stage 1 to Stage 4
• Coordinate with architects, 3D visualizers, and draftsmen
• Track project timelines and ensure on-time submissions
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Ensure all drawings and 3D outputs are coordinated and accurate
• Review submissions internally before sharing with clients
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting
• Identify delays and take corrective actions immediately

Qualifications (Mandatory)

• Bachelors Degree in:
• Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering
• Experience:
• 3 to 6 years in interior design / architectural projects / coordination roles
• Solid understanding of:
• Design process (Concept Layout 3D Working Drawings)
• Interior drawings and documentation

Skills Required

• Strong project coordination and time management skills
• Excellent communication (client handling is critical)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Understanding of SketchUp / 3D workflow (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel / project tracking tools

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• On-time project submissions
• Reduction in design delays
• Client approval turnaround time
• Quality and accuracy of deliverables
