Job Title: Project Coordinator - US Hospitality Projects Location: Hyderabad Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Reporting To: Team Lead - Projects Candidates only from Civil Background or Architecture are eligible.

Role Summary Acts as the execution counterpart to the US-based Project Manager, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines. Responsible for end-to-end procurement and coordination across design, estimation, vendors, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities - Coordinate daily project activities across design, estimation, procurement, vendors, and clients.

• Review bid files, client sales orders (quantification & costing), and project scope.
• Manage and coordinate drawings (ID, Architectural, Shop Drawings) with execution requirements.
• Independently handle end-to-end procurement:
• RFQs, vendor evaluation, negotiations
• Purchase orders, follow-ups, and delivery tracking
• Domestic & international procurement, logistics, and compliance
• Track budgets, costs, and timelines;

• Ensure alignment between BOQs, drawings, procurement, and execution.
• Maintain project data, reports, and documentation. Systems & Tools - ERP / Procurement: NetSuite
• Design Coordination: In-house Design Management Software Requirements - 2-4 year’s experience in interior fit-out / hospitality projects as Procurement or Coordinator.
• Strong experience in procurement (materials, finishes, FF&E).
• Exposure to international procurement preferred.
• Ability to review drawings, BOQs, bid documents, and costing.
• Good coordination, communication among teams and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & Strong professional email communication.
