Project Coordinator | Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Social Media Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of social media projects for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, coordinating with internal teams, developing content strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end social media projects for multiple client accounts.
• Develop monthly social media strategies, content plans, and content calendars aligned with client objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by understanding requirements, providing updates, collecting feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, videographers, and other internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
• Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain high-quality standards across all content.
• Track project timelines, manage priorities, and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive account management.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices to improve campaign performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
