Program Manager

You will manage program budgets, plans, and objectives while defining KPIs to evaluate effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources including personnel, funds, and equipment to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage day-to-day project operations, track progress, identify risks, and resolve problems.
• Facilitate weekly sprints, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage stakeholder communications and build connections with clients and suppliers.
• Supervise and mentor team members through 1-on-1s and conflict resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Proven ability in the operation of projects and successful project delivery.
• Expertise in conflicts management and resolutions.
• Experience with sprint planning and facilitating agile ceremonies.
• Ability to manage program budgets and resource allocation.
• Skill in identifying process improvements to boost efficiency.

• Any Graduate degree.
