• *About the Role**

Altrodav Technologies is building a portfolio of tech products — including Placemux ("Better place, faster pace") and MeetMux — and we're looking for a Product/Project Manager to drive execution, roadmap, and delivery across this ecosystem.

• *Role Overview**

You'll own end-to-end product/project management for one or both platforms — translating vision into shippable features, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, quality delivery.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• Own product roadmaps and sprint planning for Placemux and/or MeetMux
• Translate business requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, and specs
• Coordinate across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure aligned execution
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across concurrent workstreams
• Run agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros) and track velocity
• Define and track KPIs/metrics for product performance and adoption
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform product strategy
• Manage stakeholder communication, including leadership updates and client-facing teams
• Identify risks/blockers early and drive resolution
• Own product launches, from beta to GA, including go-to-market coordination
• *Requirements**
• 3+ years managing tech products or projects (SaaS/platform experience preferred)
• Experience owning a product from conception through launch and iteration
• Strong grasp of agile/scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable with analytics tools and metrics-based decisions
• Prior experience managing multiple products/projects simultaneously is a plus
• Startup experience preferred; comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration

• CTC: ₹20,00,000 – ₹30,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
