Production Quality Control Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• a) Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and spare parts.
• b) Verify materials against purchase orders, drawings, and technical specifications.
• c) Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments.
• d) Identify and report non-conforming materials (NCR).
• e) Coordinate with suppliers and procurement team for quality issues and corrective actions.
• f) Maintain proper inspection records, reports, and documentation.
• g) Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures (ISO, company standards, etc.).
• h) Support store and maintenance teams in material verification.
• i) Monitor handling and storage conditions to prevent damage.
• j) Participate in supplier evaluation and audits if required.
