Division Details

The BabyCare Division primarily focuses on promoting products to Gynaecologists and Paediatricians and major hospitals such as Apollo, Rainbow, Fortis, Cloudnine, and other leading healthcare institutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Meet doctors daily to promote company products as per company policy.
• Visit chemists and stockists to ensure stock availability and collect orders and payments.
• Conduct and participate in brand promotion activities such as CMEs, conferences, doctor meets, RTMs, etc.
• Execute the company's promotional strategies and utilize promotional inputs as per company guidelines.
• Maintain regular visit frequency with doctors, hospitals, institutions, chemists, and other customers to strengthen professional relationships and enhance the company's image.
• Support new product launches as per company guidelines and strategies.
• Ensure strong business follow-up with stakeholders and maximize ROI.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.
• Achieve the monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
