Product Marketing Manager (Beebom Gadgets)

Job Description

We at Beebom are looking for a passionate Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth of Beebom Gadgets, our in-house product discovery platform. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing user acquisition, engagement, and product adoption through data-driven marketing strategies. You will work closely with the Product, Editorial, SEO, Design, and Engineering teams to build awareness and make Beebom Gadgets the preferred destination for discovering smartphones and consumer technology products.

This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in our Noida office.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing or similar
• Experience marketing a consumer internet product, marketplace, e-commerce platform, or digital product
• Strong understanding of user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion strategies
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing channels
• Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content marketing
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns for digital products
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for consumer technology and the latest gadgets
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow Beebom Gadgets and increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and partnership channels
• Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and product metrics to optimize marketing efforts
• Work closely with the Product, Editorial, SEO, Design, and Engineering teams to launch new features and improve user adoption
• Plan and run growth experiments, A/B tests, and conversion optimization initiatives
• Build partnerships and identify new opportunities to expand the reach of Beebom Gadgets
• Track key marketing metrics and share actionable insights with stakeholders
