Product Strategy & Planning:
Define and drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance the user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals with business objectives.
Lead the development of user-centric designs, ensuring they align with the overall product vision.
UI/UX Focus:
Oversee the creation and implementation of design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
Work closely with designers to develop intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the UI/UX of our products.
Project Management:
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Coordinate with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs and features.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all product-related processes.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Mentor and guide team members, including interns, to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on product goals and progress.
