The Opportunity

Next Match AI LLC

is seeking an analytical, user-centric

Product Manager

to take end-to-end ownership of core feature lifecycles, cross-border platform integrations, and scalable software releases. As our automated candidate matching engines and secure verification modules experience high-volume commercial adoption across North America and the GCC, we require a product leader who can successfully translate complex market requirements into concrete technical roadmaps.

Operating completely remote from within India, you will sit at the intersection of engineering execution, business growth strategy, and client experience. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional development cells to build intuitive, secure user environments, reporting directly to our primary operational and innovation hub in

Abu Dhabi .

Key Responsibilities

Roadmap Engineering & Ownership

Define, prioritize, and drive the product feature roadmap for our core automated candidate matching engines, analytics dashboards, and enterprise onboarding portals.

API Product Strategy

Oversee the evolution and scaling of our foundational

HR API , ensuring seamless data handshakes, clean developer documentation, and friction-free integrations with third-party client ATS environments.

Cross-Functional System Liaison

Author high-fidelity Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and map detailed user journeys, bridging clear software engineering execution paths with broader business logic.

Data-Driven Optimization

Monitor key platform performance indicators, conversion funnels, drop-off rates, and usage data analytics to iteratively refine user adoption and lower system friction.

Tool Lifecycle Pricing & Licensing

Evaluate internal and client-facing feature modules, manage user-seat allocation costs across core infrastructure platforms, and maintain a highly optimized third-party integration balance.

Who You Are (Requirements)

Proven Product Lifecycle Background

3+ years of professional Product Management experience within a B2B SaaS, Cloud infrastructure, FinTech, or AI-driven software environment.

Technical Interface Literacy

High comfort level working directly with secure APIs, system webhooks, transactional database logic, and cloud microservice architectures.

Metrics & Analytics Fluency

Expert at tracking core software growth indicators (feature adoption rates, user friction points, churn analysis) using modern analytics suites (such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Jira).

Frictionless Communication

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; a natural ability to structure technical updates clearly and lead cross-functional alignment sessions for distributed international teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a strictly related discipline.

Base Salary

₹21,60,00,000 – ₹27,00,00,000 per annum
