Product Manager - Medical Simulations

We’re looking for a Product Manager with hands-on experience in medical simulations to lead government business and run customer demos. You’ll shape roadmap priorities, translate clinical needs into product features, and drive adoption across public health and institutional customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow government accounts and institutional customers.
• Conduct product demos, training sessions, and workshops for clinicians and administrators.
• Gather user feedback from hospitals, nursing schools, and government stakeholders to prioritize features.
• Work closely with engineering, clinical advisors, and sales to deliver clinical-grade simulation products.

Must-have qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience working in medical simulations (product, clinical operations, or related roles).
• Proven experience managing government accounts and engaging public-sector stakeholders.
• Comfortable conducting live demos and training for clinical audiences.
• B.Tech (any engineering discipline) OR BSc Nursing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate clinical workflows into product requirements.
