As an APM, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of SaveIN’s consumer and merchant products — working at the intersection of business, technology, and design.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Associate Product Manager to join our Product team. You will support end-to-end product execution, own small to medium features, derive insights from data, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, growth, and operations teams.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow quickly into a full PM role in a fast-moving, high-ownership fintech environment.

Responsibilities

Product Execution

• Translate business goals into clear product requirements and PRDs
• Work with design and engineering to plan, build, and ship features
• Run sprints, manage backlogs, and track delivery progress

User & Market Understanding

• Conduct competitive research in the fintech & healthcare payments space
• Interact with customers, BD team, merchants, and internal stakeholders to identify pain points
• Convert insights into feature ideas and improvements

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Define success metrics for product features
• Analyze funnel data, transaction patterns, and user behavior
• Build dashboards to track KPIs and share recommendations

Quality & Launch

• Own UAT and product testing before releases
• Coordinate cross-functional launches with marketing, ops, and partners
• Monitor post-launch metrics and iterate on enhancements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Credit, and BD teams
• Understand operational constraints and align product roadmap with business needs

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Basic understanding of product development and modern tech stacks
• Ability to write clear, concise PRDs and user stories
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with SQL is a plus
• Curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to get hands dirty

Good-to-Have

• Internship or experience in product, consulting, fintech, or startup roles
• Familiarity with UX principles and working with design tools (Figma, Miro)
• Experience with experimentation (A/B tests), funnels, and analytics tools
