Job Description & Responsibilities

We're looking for Product Managers!

Responsibilities

Turn customer needs and company priorities into clear product specs, timelines, and acceptance criteria.

Work with engineering, design, operations, and customer-facing teams to make sure the right things ship with the right quality.

Speak with customers, review their drawings and files, and turn feedback into clear product requirements.

Build a robust understanding of CAD workflows, engineering drawings, manufacturing needs, and where our automation can improve.

Help engineers understand product behavior, edge cases, and trade-offs.

Reproduce product issues, explain them clearly, and help the team prepare features for release.

Improve how we handle product planning, customer feedback, QA, documentation, and release reviews.

Reduce confusion, give transparent feedback, and help the team move faster without adding unnecessary processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cooperative team environments
