Strong Product Manager Profile with hands-on ownership across the full feature lifecycle

Mandatory (Experience) – Must have 2+ years of product management experience in a B2B product-led company

Mandatory (Tech skill 1) – Must have a demonstrated ability to write clear product requirements (functional, technical, and design specs) and drive them through a development process.

Mandatory (Tech skill 2) – Must have hands-on experience working with APIs — either defining requirements for API products or collaborating closely with engineering on API design and documentation

Mandatory (Tech skill 3) – Must have experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and support teams

Mandatory (Tech Skill 4) – Must be comfortable moving between technical conversations (including API-level) and business-level discussions

Mandatory (Company) – Must come from a B2B Product company (not a services/consulting/agency background)

Mandatory (Domain) – Must have domain experience in one or more of: Rewards, Gift cards, E-commerce, Payments, or Fintech domain

Mandatory (Communication) – Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
