Product Manager - AI SaaS Platform

Overview

Ripik.ai is a fast-growing industrial AI SaaS start-up founded by IIT D/BITS alumni and with extensive experience in McKinsey, IBM, Google and others. It is backed by marquee VC funds such as Accel, Venture Highway and 25+ illustrious angels including 14 unicorn founders.

Ripik.ai builds patented full-stack software for automation of decision making on the factory floor. Today, they are deployed at more than 15 of the largest and most prestigious enterprises in India, including market leaders in steel, aluminum, cement, pharma, paints, consumer goods and others.

It is one of India’s very few AI product start-ups to be a partner to GCP, Azure and AWS, and it is the AI partner of choice for CII, ICC and NASSCOM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development for AI SaaS features, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and deliver high-impact MVPs.
• Conduct market research, analyze user data, and iterate products using metrics such as retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives in agile environments, mentoring junior PMs (Director/AVP level).
• Champion AI/ML integrations, staying ahead of trends in generative AI, NLP, and scalable SaaS architectures.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in product development at AI/ML or SaaS startups (Product Manager level); 5-6+ years for Director.
• Proven track record of launching AI-driven products with measurable impact (e.g., user growth or revenue uplift).
• Strong technical acumen in AI tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP).
• Preferably good academic background from IIT or an equivalent top-tier institute.
• Excellent communication skills; experience in Indian startup ecosystems is a plus.
