Mandatory (Experience) - Must have 2+ years of product management experience with atleast 1+ years in B2B Rewards/Loyalty/Incentives domain.

Mandatory (Tech skill 3) - Must have experience building AI-powered product features and be comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day product work.

Mandatory (Tech skill 4) – Must have experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and support teams

Mandatory (Tech Skill 4) – Must be comfortable moving between technical conversations (including API-level) and business-level discussions

Mandatory (Company) – Must come from a B2B Product company in Rewards/Loyalty/Incentives domain

Mandatory (Communication) – Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
