About the Role

A fast-growing US-based deep-tech AI company is looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. The organization specializes in advanced conversational AI, multilingual voice technologies, real-time speech processing, and agentic AI platforms.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver scalable AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, and define voice AI use cases, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into product features leveraging technologies such as LLMs, Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to coordinate requirements for Angular-based user interfaces, Python backend services, PostgreSQL databases, and AWS cloud integrations.
• Prioritize product features, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with design, engineering, QA, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure successful product execution using Agile development practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering AI, SaaS, or enterprise software products.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
• Experience working with modern web and backend technologies, including Angular, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in conversational AI, voice AI, speech technologies, or AI automation platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and AI product development lifecycle.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
