Product Management Executive D2C

The Product Management Executive D2C supports end-to-end product execution for consumer-facing web and mobile experiences. The role focuses on UAT and live environment testing, gathering customer insights, and refining user journeys to improve conversion and satisfaction. You will coordinate closely with Technology, Design, and Operations to ensure seamless releases and issue closure. Day to day, you will assist in product operations, documentation, and cross-functional alignment while proactively identifying and resolving user pain points.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related field
• Basic understanding of digital products, mobile apps, and web platforms
• Hands‑on exposure to end-to-end testing across UAT and live/production environments
• Ability to map and optimize user journeys and customer flows
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Technology, Design, Operations)
• Comfort with product operations, coordination, and documentation
• Ability to track, prioritize, and drive timely closure of issues

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end testing across UAT and live environments for website and mobile apps
• Collaborate with Technology, Design, and Operations to deliver smooth product execution
• Gather customer insights, identify pain points, and translate findings into actionable improvements
• Support creation, refinement, and implementation of seamless, intuitive user journeys
• Assist with daily product operations, cross‑team coordination, and product documentation
• Track, prioritize, and ensure timely closure of issues found during testing and in production
