Product Growth Marketer

We're looking for a Product-Led Growth Manager to own Stratzy's PLG engine and organic/SEO acquisition. This is not a performance marketing or content marketing role- it's about designing the product experience, activation flows, and search-driven discovery mechanisms that get users to find, try, and stick with Stratzy without paid spend doing the heavy lifting.

You'll own the full loop: how users discover us organically, what happens in their first session, where they get stuck, and how the product itself drives the next user in.

Key Responsibilities

Product-Led Growth

• Design, build, and iterate on PLG loops - onboarding, activation, aha-moment delivery, in-product referral/virality mechanisms, and habit loops.
• Map and continuously optimize the acquisition → activation → retention funnel inside the product.
• Run structured experiments (A/B tests, funnel tests, onboarding variants) to improve activation and time-to-value.
• Identify and remove friction points in signup, onboarding, and early product usage using funnel and behavioral data.
• Partner with Product and Design to embed growth mechanics directly into the product (not bolted on via campaigns).
• Define and own core PLG metrics: activation rate, time-to-value, product qualified leads (PQLs), feature adoption, self-serve conversion, and expansion/virality coefficients.

SEO

• Own Stratzy's organic search strategy end-to-end: technical SEO, on-page SEO, site architecture, and keyword/topic strategy.
• Build and execute a programmatic/scalable SEO approach suited to a product with structured, repeatable content surfaces (e.g., algo pages, community threads, glossary/education pages).
• Run technical SEO audits — site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data, internal linking — and work with engineering to fix issues.
• Track and improve organic rankings, organic traffic, and organic-to-signup conversion.
• Identify high-intent search opportunities in the algo trading / capital markets space and turn them into landing pages, tools, or product surfaces (not blog content).

Analytics & Experimentation

• Build growth and SEO dashboards (funnel, cohort, retention, organic traffic/conversion) to track performance.
• Use product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Search Console) to identify drop-off points and growth opportunities.
• Present PLG and SEO performance, learnings, and roadmap recommendations to leadership.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience in Product-Led Growth, Growth Product Management, or SEO-focused growth roles (not performance/brand marketing).
• Demonstrated experience designing and shipping in-product growth loops - onboarding, activation, referral, or virality mechanics.
• Strong hands-on SEO expertise: technical SEO, keyword/topic research, site architecture, and measurable organic growth outcomes.
• Fluency with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4) and SEO tools (Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, or similar).
• Comfortable working directly with Product and Engineering to ship growth features, not just requesting them.
• Data-first mindset - able to design experiments, read funnel/cohort data, and translate findings into product changes.
• Bonus: experience in fintech, trading platforms, or capital markets, or building growth for community-led products.

Add On (Good to Have)

• Experience with Rive or motion/interactive assets.
• Experience with Video Editing for social media
• Exposure to fintech, consumer apps, or product-led companies

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western suburbs).
