AdviceSahi is an AI-powered InsurTech intelligence platform for IRDAI-registered advisors, incubated at IIM Kozhikode LIVE. We've proven the prototype — now we're scaling it into a full marketplace: a one-stop solution for everything in personal finance, spanning insurance, investments, lending, tax and wealth planning.

We're hiring a hands-on Product Development Lead to own this journey end to end.

What you'll own

• Re-architect our prototype into a scalable, multi-tenant production platform for thousands of advisors
• Lead the web application build — advisor dashboard + analytics engine (IRR, HLV, A–E policy scoring)
• Build and ship the native Android app with full feature parity
• Scale the platform from an InsurTech tool into a financial-advisor marketplace
• Recruit and lead a team of interns to deliver on time
• Integrate third-party services (WhatsApp Business / Meta APIs, payments, KYC, documents)

Who you are

• Excited by the 0→1→100 journey — comfortable taking a prototype to a scalable platform
• Strong full-stack web developer (JS/TS, React or equivalent, robust backend, SQL/NoSQL)
• Proven ability to ship Android apps (Kotlin/Java or React Native / Flutter)
• Solid on system design, APIs, cloud deployment and CI/CD
• Expert at using AI tools to build faster — Claude, Gemini and others
• Able to recruit, delegate to and lead a small intern team
• Bonus: fintech / InsurTech or regulated (IRDAI / SEBI / RBI) product experience
